- Community Insights: Your students can now easily access information about our vibrant community, including upcoming events and opportunities to connect with peers.
- Rookie Awards: Detailed information on the Rookie Awards is available, helping students understand how to participate, the criteria for winning, and showcasing past winners for inspiration.
- Profile: Students can find valuable tips and best practices to build and showcase their profiles effectively, making it easier to attract mentors and potential employers.
- Support and Training: All articles have been arranged to make learning about The Rookies as simple as possible.
Introducing Coach Bot
We are also rolling out Coach bot, our new AI-powered assistant. Coach bot is available 24/7 to answer any questions your students may have about The Rookies, whether it’s navigating the website, understanding award criteria, or seeking project advice. As Coach Bot is still in the testing phase, we encourage you to have your students report any unusual or incorrect responses to help us improve its functionality.
Multilingual Support
We will soon offer translations for the Helpdesk website, starting with French and Chinese. Please let us know what other languages you would like us to implement, and we will add them to the list.
Known Issues
- Live Chat Links: Currently, live chat links may lead to broken URLs. However, chat functionality is still accessible from any page on the website.
- Coach Bot Downtime: If Coach Bot becomes unresponsive, please inform us so we can address the issue promptly.
