Her main mission is to strengthen our community by understanding your needs and challenges, and by creating opportunities that support your creative journeys. Whether it’s helping your students showcase their work, organising insightful webinars, or facilitating networking opportunities, Nikita is committed to ensuring that both educators and students thrive within our ecosystem.

Nikita’s experience is diverse and impressive. She has led UX initiatives at the University of Southampton, enhancing user experiences and streamlining community interactions. Additionally, as the manager of a global artist network, Nikita successfully connected artists worldwide, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment. Her expertise will be invaluable in helping us represent your schools effectively and providing your students with platforms to shine.
